Should be comfortable working 40+ hrs per week and have leadership experience. This position has a large potential for growth within the company. This position will be overseeing other technicians and will report directly to management. Residential and Commercial Experience is required and references will be needed to apply. Previous HVAC management experience is required and current HVAC certification is a must. Company vehicle will be provided and on-call status, in rotation, will be required.
